Gretchen Banks
Gretchen is a native of Yancey County. She graduated from Mountain Heritage High in 1999. She went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, graduating Cum Laude, from Mars Hill College in 2003. After working for NCECU for over 14 years as a senior lending officer, Gretchen has an extensive knowledge in lending and construction related items. In addition, she is an Accredited Financial Counselor, a NC Notary Public, and holds insurance licensure in Personal Lines and Medicare.
Gretchen and her husband, Donald, love living in Burnsville where they are raising their two daughters, Bailey and Locklyn. Donald is the owner of Banks Lawn and Landscapes, where he designs and builds outdoor living spaces. Gretchen enjoys time with her family and reading.
