Andre Barnett
Andre Barnett was born in California but was raised in the beautiful mountains of Yancey County. He graduated from Mountain Heritage High School and continued his education at Lees-McRae College, where he graduated in 2009 with his BA in Criminal Justice.
After graduation, Andre worked at the North Carolina State Employees’ Credit Union for five years. During his time with SECU, Andre worked extensively with the mortgage division and helped dozens of families purchase their forever homes. His experience navigating the financing industry makes Andre uniquely qualified to help you understand your options and find your forever home right here in western North Carolina.
After leaving SECU, Andre divided his time between pursuing a career as a real estate broker and beginning a career at Blue Ridge Fitness and Rehab Center. Andre joined Whispering Pines Real Estate in early 2022 and divides his time between his two areas of expertise.
He and his wife Cathryn reside in Burnsville with their fur baby, Willow. Cathryn works with Madison County Schools where she loves educating tomorrow's leaders. In his spare time, Andre enjoys being an active member of his church, traveling with his lovely wife, and working out to stay physically and mentally fit.
Andre has a great knowledge of the area and would love to help you achieve your dream of finding a mountain home.
